The ShipShop platform operates using credits, which are added to your account with a payment method. These credits can be used to purchase the goods and services we provide, such as postage for shipments, pickup, and return fees. Your payment method will only be billed when you manually add credits or set up auto reload.

For example, when you purchase a shipping label through ShipShop, the applicable postage and insurance fees will be deducted from your account in Canadian Dollars. All pricing and credits are displayed in CAD.
